Sports Day- POSTPONED

A decision has made to postpone Sports Day today due to the forecast. 

It has been rearranged for tomorrow at 1.30pm for Nursery to Year 5. 

As Year 6 are in London their sports day will be held on Thursday 17th at 2.00pm. This will be followed by an orchestra performance in the new outdoor classroom.  

Year 2 Enrichment Sessions

Mrs Thomas is leading sessions with our cluster of schools to develop Year 2 Maths skills. 

Quiz Night Success!

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the quiz on Saturday by attending, buying raffle tickets or sending in a donation.

 

Extended thanks to our guest Steve, Kate & Carl Taylor and Natasha Mason for making the night a success raising just over £700 for the Year 6 Yearbook and end of term treat.

National Netball Final

Well done girls. Excellent play today against the best teams in Wales. You should be proud of how well you have played this year. 

Maths Enrichment Day

This year we have arranged Cluster Enrichment Sessions for many curriculum areas. Today we are working with the Mathematicians from the upper juniors.

TAG Rugby Festival Cardiff Arms Park

A great day at Cardiff Arms Park. The children played really well and were a credit to the school. Each team worked hard together and won most the matches they played during the festival. Player of the day has to go to Emilie for the most TAGS collected. 

A super day! Well done players.

South Powys Netball Final

Our Year 6 Netball team are at Brecon Leisure Centre playing all day. 

So far we have won both the matches we have played. Three more to go. Wish us luck!
